Forced — At the start of each scenario: Check campaign log. Search each in play and out of play area for each copy of an enemy that has been "consigned to hell" and remove it from the game.

Forced — At the end of the campaign: Flip Consigned over and resolve the text on its other side.

If Ai Enma instructed you to read this card:

Choose a non-Elite enemy in play. Record in your campaign log that "(chosen enemy's name) has been consigned to hell". Then, search all in play and out of play areas for each copy of that enemy and remove them from the game. Flip this card over and continue playing.
