If there are no other investigators at your location: Place a resource (from the token pool) on Classified Documents as a document. (Limit once per location.)

Forced — When the game ends or you are eliminated: You begin the next scenario with X cards in your opening hand, instead of five. X is the number of documents on Classified Documents. X cannot be more than your normal starting hand size.
